      Anyone know what tier this source is? Marco Silva is not a top coach and it may be cope but I’m really hoping this is an unreliable source.

      I rate Silva and Iraola higher than the last batch (McKenna and Maresca) but it’s still not exactly inspiring

      So if you consider the Chelsea manager job in terms of being a football manager as one of the top 10 to 20 positions in the world why aren’t we looking for a coach that meets that requirement ever

      With how this is worded i am hoping its more of a push from Marco Silva’s end to get him a better deal at Fulham, as it ends with they expect him to sign a new deal with Fulham…..so i feel the Agent here is reminding Fulham to put an extra 0 on the contract as he could leave for free to Chelsea…..

      This is misleading wording. “In agreement he should be a candidate” does not mean the favorite or even their second choice. They just all agree he should be considered.

      Idk why anyone thinks we’re going to appoint a class manager. The ownership group and SD’s think they’ve got everything under control and know how to build a winner
