The incidents occurred at two locations in Southampton – Brintons Terrace and Onslow Road – just after 1am on Sunday, April 26.
A police spokesperson said: “A report was received at 12.55am of a man committing an indecent act in a public car park on Brintons Terrace.
“A short time later, at around 1.13am, it was reported that a man had indecently exposed himself to a woman and attempted to grab her.
“She was able to force him off and run away. A subsequent report was received of a man entering a premises on Onslow Road and indecently exposing himself to two women.
“Officers attended and Ibrahem Kandil, 24-years-old and of Mayfield Road, Southampton, was arrested nearby in relation to these incidents.
“Kandil, an Egyptian national, has now been charged with outraging public decency. He has been remanded to appear at Southampton Magistrates’ Court today (Monday 27 April).”
