Everton, Wrexham, and Crystal Palace are all in a battle to sign one Leicester City star after their relegation to League One was confirmed, according to a report from Sports Boom.
It was another troublesome season for Leicester, with their relegation confirmed earlier this month following a points deduction.
Clubs such as Everton, Crystal Palace, and Wrexham will likely try to take advantage, poaching some of their key stars ahead of the summer.
There is one Leicester player who the Foxes won’t have full control over in the summer.
Jordan James is on loan from French side Rennes, and although Leicester have a purchase option in this deal, the midfielder has the final say over a potential move.
Everton, Palace, Wrexham Eye Leicester Star

According to a report from Sports Boom, Everton, Wrexham and Crystal Palace are all interested in signing Leicester midfielder James, who is on loan from Ligue 1 side Rennes.
It’s claimed that the clubs have made contact over a potential move, with Rennes expected to open negotiations for a fee in the region of £20 million.
Leicester are hoping to keep the player, but there’s little chance that the Welsh international will be interested in playing in the third tier next season.
A move to the Premier League could be on the cards, with Palace and Everton interested, while Wrexham still have a chance of being promoted through the playoffs this season.
Everton Could Hold Advantage in Race

Everton are still in the fight to finish in the European place this campaign, which could give them an advantage in the race to sign James.
Palace are currently four points behind Everton with a game in hand, but their focus might be on the Europa Conference League as they aim to lift another trophy.
Wrexham would undoubtedly have to gain promotion to the Premier League in order to stand a chance of securing the signature of James, especially if Everton and Palace make a move.
It looks set to be a competitive race for the Welsh midfielder in the summer transfer window, and it feels inevitable that he won’t be playing his football at Leicester next season.
