Automatically promoted the last 4 times they’ve been in the championship . Surely a 5th time would be a record if it isnt already

As an Arsenal fan thank you Burnley even though you lost a 0-1 is a great result for us

Inabit. Fucking grasses. (They complained about our fans getting tickets in their home ends and selling out for them and had police taking our anti Prem banners etc off us at the Turnstiles at Turf Moor for people wondering)

  4. Really strange seeing Kyle Walker get relegated in the same game that put City in 1st

What is the Burnley wage budget like and they have 3-4 players that they could get decent money for.

I don’t think the club can afford a higher wage budget than Leeds carried in the season that we went up. We sold a lot of players and we needed to, so we could pay for the 100 million of poor player recruitment, the season that we went down.

Signing Rodon in the championship was a massive flex for 15 million but we had the Redbull sponsorship that 10 clubs in the prem will struggle to best next season, as you can’t have gambling companies on the front of your shirt, just the arm.

I swear their matches were barely ever televised, I almost forgot they were even in the Prem.

  7. Started okay – 10 pints from their opening 10 games – then just started losing every week, but interestingly never seemed to get thrashed; just losing by a goal to two. However more recently it seems they’ve become more resigned to relegation and just seem to lose every week no matter what. Keep forgetting they are even in the league really. Feels like wolves have had more results but they’re still 3 behind
