One step closer to the post Arteta era

Okay I’ve calmed down a bit but still have strong reservations about this manager and his fickle mentality and personally want him gone if he does not deliver come end of this season
Double relegation for Leicester. Their finances must be fucked.
Dear Burnley…

Pep is the greatest manager & Arteta has to win the league is something I can’t take seriously.
Clenching something from Pep has always been a hot topic. Now Arteta has set his own standard which he’s criticised against.
No Burnley hopium today, they are gonna get absolutely battered with very little resistance.
I’ve a bad feeling that City might actually scrape a draw tonight. Still that’ll leave us 2 points clear once we’ve strolled past Newcastle at the weekend. It’s actually quite fun having a plucky challenger for the title at this stage of the season when we’re usually just running away with things!
No one can challenge forever.
Klopp’s sides had down years. Even Pep. Chelsea prior to BlueCo as well.
I just don’t want us to have regrets about not striking when the iron was hot.
Anne Hathaway dropping an Inshallah and people roasting her thinking she has turned Muslim/appropriated culture when she has clearly just been on football twitter too much 😭
The biggest statement win in the league we had under arteta with the most at stake is the 3-1 win against Liverpool in 2024
Bots still making up 90% of Arsenal discussion I see
Havertz has better movement than Gyokeres, guy just isn’t a finisher. With his positional threat I think he can create space, he just really needs a finisher around him.
I’d like to see us try Havertz as the striker, Rice in the 6, Øde as an 8 with Eze as a shadow striker who drifts into the space in and around the box. He scored his hattie doing exactly this, albeit against spurs. Zubi needs a rest and Rice hasn’t been scoring recently, time to shake things up a bit and play to our strengths.
Mods will keep that video of Pep praising Rice for his mentality after the loss up but not the one pointing out how we’re in a drought vs City who have 8 league titles since our last title despite us having 900 days at the top in comparison to their 1200 days at the summit.
Make it make sense.
Morning Arsenal folks,
Praying for a Burnley masterclass and City drop points… but it won’t happen.
It’s a gorgeous day down here on the South Coast and Brighton fans are very happy lol.
Not even worth thinking about the game tonight. As far as I’m concerned city are level on points with us. My only hope is that they don’t win by more than 3 goals.
Lets go Burnley. Nothing to lose might aswell take a point off City on the way down

really frustrating how the bar for arteta keeps on getting lowered, things have gone from him definitely the person to win us things given time to people saying we should be content with simply being able to compete no matter how unconvincing we look on the pitch at times
If he’d come here and said his plan was to get 1 fa cup after 5.5 years of being heavily backed no one would have accepted it
Craig Hope
>Exc: Anthony Gordon a doubt for Arsenal trip after missing training on Tuesday
Tino Livramento definitely out & facing battle to play again this season
I know many here rate Livramento and I don’t disagree but jc look at his availability.
so saka’s season is almost done. they tried to increase the load this week and the reaction was not good.
Hoping Burnley get a point, let alone three, is utterly foolish.
You have a better chance of the City team making it to Burnley and falling into a deep depression after stepping foot in such a dire and hopeless town.
Even then they’ll probably batter Scott Parker and his band of useless twats.
Maybe I’m wrong, but I don’t believe Pep is constantly mocking every team he praises.
Obviously rattling him or the city team is a good thing and means we frustrated them.
Or maybe it’s just not as in your face like a Mourinho archetype.
Do you think it’s right for us to pay some of highest prices in Europe for tickets, so the club can go and spend £52m on Madueke and then complain about efficiency in the box?

Livramento’s record.
Literally crocked when the games come thick and fast.
FUCK NO.
Heads should roll if he’s signed.
City would win 6-0 today no chance for burnley no chance (definitely not jinxing)
Chelsea are in turgid form aren’t they

Saw this while on a misery safari on the chelsea sub
I’m so glad we have a squad that puts in the work no matter what. We have our issues like everyone but lack of effort is never one of them
With Chelsea missing out on CL I am worried Arteta and co are gonna look at their squad for signings again. We were linked with Garnacho and Gittens last summer
