Paul Pogba: “Can Bruno Fernandes do more than what he does now at United?… For me, you put him right now in Man City? He’s in Ballon d’Or Top 3. With the stats this season and the way he plays and everything. But when you don’t win? You don’t think about it. This is life. This is football”

Pogba always feels like a what if for us. Wish we could’ve built a proper team around him.

I mainly dislike Paul because I can probably recall the few games where he was genuinely good for us, he seemed to put very little effort, and then to put a cherry on top the Pogmentary, where he said our renewal offer was an insult and that he would show us… we’re still waiting, Paul; show us.

Bruno worshipped pogba when he was here. Seems it’s mutual. What Pogba is saying is true. Awards are given to players from winning teams. But the counter is whether Bruno will get that many opportunities in city? At United he is undroppable. At City where you are filled with financial doped expensive signings bad run of form could see you drop to bench for few weeks.

>He’s in Ballon d’Or Top 3.
And he won’t be 2nd or 3rd

Bruno is everything I thought Pogba would be

Pogba was his own problem. He believed the hype instead of just doing the talking on the pitch. He left United and could’ve done more but the drama just kept following him, then the doping conviction, then the injuries. He’s the definition of could’ve, would’ve, should’ve. It’s a real shame because I really believe if he just focused on the football he could have been an absolute legend at United.
Regarding Bruno it’s not always as simple as play for city and voila balon d’or. I sincerely don’t think Bruno would be allowed to play the way that he does under Pep, look at players like Grealish, Toure, Zlatan, eto’o, Matheus nunes and so may more never really clicked. It’s not that simple, and football is more nuanced than that.
Bruno is adored by United fans and will absolutely go down as a legend. It’s my dream that we finally bring home a league title with him as captain, I think it’s still possible. Pogba was chasing fame and clout, Bruno just wants to play football that’s why we all love him. He’s our Portuguese Magnifico!

That Brogba bromance and chemistry was surreal man that game against [Roma](https://youtu.be/6fxj4dF7OFI?si=vbQi5BvBTb16gUHF) and [Leeds](https://youtu.be/hWH-bjW0iI4?si=RgUkJlQsYYQTHlQj) comes to mind. They were let down by the board big time imagined if we had a top class DM we could’ve achieved something.
Look at all our top 3 Ballon Dor players Cantona, Becks, Ronaldo, Best, Charlton, Law.
It’s the magical #7 they all worn at some point.
Them few games with Matic Pogba and Bruno i think it was in lockdown fuck it was magical
Couldnt revenge on UTD on the pitch, so try to take revenge on Media instead huh?
