Barcelona’s interest in retaining Marcus Rashford has cooled. Barcelona’s sources believe he had a golden opportunity to make his mark this month following Raphinha’s injury but did not fully seize it.
The club is already exploring alternative options, although sources close to Rashford say no decision has been formally communicated by the Spanish club. There are also concerns over cost — Barcelona hold a €30m buy option, but as things stand, they do not intend to trigger it

Rashford will cost 30m and close to 15m in wages. Reports suggests a 3 year contract, so by Laliga FFP, It will cost Barca 25m for register him, 30/3 plus his 15m wages.( Please note that Barca has not reached positive fairplay in the league).
Now consider a 100m winger signing for 6 seasons and with 12 m in wages, someone relatively young, that's 28m in FFP, just a 3m difference.

At the beginning I wanted him even when he missed chances but when it was his time to shine during Raphinha's injury, he flopped, missing every chances, didn't press enough and played exactly like why Man Utd didn't want him. We were his only chance for a career revival but he played with no urgency like he would join us on guarantee.
I think Rashford is not a bad additional. We need a strong squad next season
