Coventry City secured a well-deserved promotion to the Premier League at Blackburn last Friday night.
A 1-1 draw with Rovers, delivered with a late header from Bobby Thomas, ensured the Sky Blues will return to the top flight for the first time in 25 years.
However, there’s still work to be done to secure the Championship title. Here’s how and when Frank Lampard could get his hands on the trophy.
Quite simple
If the Sky Blues beat Portsmouth on Tuesday night they will be champions. That will put them on 89 points and Ipswich, with four games remaining, can only amass 88.
The bare minimum
City don’t even need to win again, they could draw with Pompey, Wrexham and Watford and still take the title. They need three points, however you carve it up.

Helping hand
Basically Ipswich need to win all four games. If they win three and draw one they can only match City’s 86 points. In that scenario the Sky Blues’ goal difference would probably still be enough to lose all three and still finish top. One draw seals the deal.
If Ipswich lose any of their remaining games, City will be champions.
What next
Party time. On Monday, May 4 the club will hold a bus parade and music festival in War Memorial Park for 50,000 fans.
The parade will begin at the CBS Arena at 1pm and travel through Holbrooks, Whitmore Park, Keresley, Coundon and Chapelfields, with the parade ending at Hearsall Common..
