We’ll see if these are words or if the team genuinely feels that way when we play next in PL.

The performance against City does give me hope that the team can turn up for these last few games, but momentum is a massive factor and city have it right now.

We need Saka and Timber back, with the team that started against City, I feel they can finish strong. Will it be enough? Maybe, maybe not.

  2. He is right. And ā€œIt’s not doneā€ will be engraved in Sir Declan’s statue.

    They have harder run in..

And the way we played at the ethihad, with odegaard.. I’m sure we can win on goal difference

  4. Haaland is arrogant, but he can back it up with performances so I can’t help but admire him. Dec has steely determination and I really want to see him and this group succeed… this year (hopefully)!

Hate Haaland but I do respect the trolling considering how much of a thorn he’s been in our side.

Hope we are shoving this shit down his throat come May. I’m doubtful but let’s pray.

Cherki and Haaland so cocky they are so sure they are winning aren’t they! If only we could knock them down a peg or 2…. But seems unfucking likely🤐

We might win it this season, I wouldn’t rule it out and remain hopeful. The thing for me is that we always end up gassed by the end of the season but City manage to find a second wind. Not sure Arteta is going to pull it off but we need to stop running our players into the ground before the end of the season.

There’s not an amount of money on this planet that would have me want to be on Genocide FC’s side of history. I’m Arsenal and that’s all there is to it. Fuck the noise and let’s show a bit of pride in our community.

  9. Rice has been talking it up all season. He needs to show he can back it up like Haaland.

I wouldn’t mind so much if Rice wasn’t anonymous the entire game. When Rodri and Bernardo stood up and took control of the midfield, he and Zubimendi had no response.!

Have to say I’ve always liked Haaland but he is increasingly turning into a dislikable rat.

If our players had even half the mentality this sub thinks they do, we wouldnt have thrown away a 2-0 to wolves. We wouldn’t have lost to Bournemouth, Southampton or drawn with Brentford…

Atp, I just wish we won’t be the club to hold back Declan’s brilliance. Played his heart out every minutes, though kinda wish he could help us more offensively, but at this point, his legs are pretty much dead.

There’s a difference between hope and believing. I will forever hope for Arsenal to lift the league trophy but the writing on the wall has shattered my belief in the team and especially the manager to do it. No matter what though, I will always support Arsenal FC.

Why is that big freak getting posted on here?Ā

If Arsenal were doing laps of honor to celebrate going 3 points behind the stick would be unbelievableĀ

  16. I like the optimism in this sub which emerges a few days after the immediate frustration of a loss.

But I’ve seen too many teams for too many years, and our chances are too slim. Forget city’s games, just winning the remaining games is a big ask! I told this months ago, that at the business end of the season the opponent hardly matters, every game becomes difficult and it’s only down to the mentality… The teams which think “I’ll kill you lot on the pitch today” makes it through… The ones who think “Let me just get a goal somehow and then we’ll sit back and defend for our lives” generally do not make it.

I would think it’s more probable in the UCL… atletico is at our level but won’t be easy anyway… But if we make it through, the final is the only difficult game! I would say do everything to win that one game, and people won’t care about the eventual epl bottling!

  17. After 2 days of depression, I’ve had to accept that Man City are most likely going to win the league and that we’ve bottled it again.

That said – technically Rice is correct, it’s not done. But I have no faith we get a better GD.

We NEED to win all 5 and pray City drop points

The fact that he felt the need to say that to fucking Odergaard…doesn’t leave much confidence

  19. Sorry to say, but the universal hate being received at this point has been brought upon by a major section of the fans themselves. The numerous people on social media, so-called podcasters and influencers acting smug and declaring Arsenal as champions months ago haven’t helped either. And last but not least, our team failed to walk the walk at a crucial moment.

    Team isnt serious

We let cherki celebrate a goal in front of our fans….thats how we got him back for doing Keepy Uppies šŸ˜ā˜ ļø
