    Arsenal still are the favourites technically and the data suggests they are still more likely to win the league.

    How much of the “bottle job” and “Arsenal tears” memes and pressure will just cause them to crumble and drop some silly points at Palace or something?

    I think City have this as and the Arsenal project collapses next season, what do you think?

      These things suck. City are a completely diff team with the current lineup that Pep has used all of the last 4 matches (12-1 winners on agg in those matches).

      Who really cares about a rating that is using a lot of data from months ago.

      Also Arsenal are playing a lot worse than these ratings indicate.

      Arsenal had one 6-game winning streak and one 5-game winning streak this season. We had one 6-game streak and one 4-game streak.

      The likelihood is that both of us will STILL drop points again before the end of the season.

      I asked Gemini to do some statistical analysis. For Arsenal, the likelihood of dropping points in any given 5-match run so far this season was 93.1%. For us, the likelihood of dropping points in any given 6-match run was 96.3%.

      Sure, it’s the business end of the season and we’re in decent form. But come on, this is very far from over. To me it could very well come down to one of us loses a match and the other one draws one.

      I’m sure they are favourites if you consider the stats over the entire season but we are different team to what we were before the last week international break.

      Twe now have a set 11 that have clicked and since then we haven’t lost and have won by a combined 11-1 goal difference.

      Also 2 legs against athletico Madrid will take its toll against arsenal far more than our home fa cup game.

      They may very well win the league but I’m not sure they are favourites by any margin

      We did what necessary and what we need the most by beating Arsenal and now let’s just take one game at a time instead of bother about who’s being the favourite for the remaining games.
