He’s been there for 4 months, a lot of language fluency courses run for 6 months. You pick up enough to speak at least basic level within 2 months if you are immersed in it.

I’m just saying, if you dont speak french this might sound like he’s comfortable, he really isn’t, that was barely understandable and just a few words here and there.

Still classy for him to try, french is not easy, but that was so bad I wished he just spoke with translator so we can at least get what he wanted to say outside of the obvious “me happy me goal”.
