Fabrizio Romano: The message from Chelsea is still to support and believe in Liam Rosenior. No pre-season is a different thing. It’s a results-based business, results must improve immediately. This current run is simply unsustainable.

Its starting to heat up for Liam

Here’s what pr leaks told me about b2b sales

They’re calling Cucurella a martyr but his exact words were “if Liam had a pre season we would be fine,” then Cole said the exact same thing before the United game, now the briefing is hammering the point home. All signs point to “keep Liam or else” and the “else” is probably a squad exodus because sacking another manager this early on would be catastrophic

There’s no pre-season with the World Cup. In my view, he already fucked this season up so this is his preseason.

The longer he’s had with the players, the worse we’ve become. How would a pre-season make that better?

No preseason didn’t save Potter either, despite repeated votes of confidence from this ownership.

  7. We do not want this fucking moron Rosenior him or anyone of his level should be no where fucking near the club

Rosenoir is completely out of his depth, but the next manager these clowns hire isn’t going to do much better. Any competent manager like Tuchel or Maresca isn’t going to accept their idiotic wage structure and policy of hoarding the likes of Garnacho, Gittens, and a bunch of other “market opportunities”.

There needs to be a radical change in transfer policy and some ambition shown in the summer or the stars are going to leave and we will be where Spurs or Newcastle are within 2 years.

Rosenior needs to go, but it’s more important that the sporting directors go. The sporting directors are the reason we watch Delap, Garnacho, and Neto every week.

  10. They are so incompetent that they have backed themselves into a corner with the PR blitz thinking they are smarter than the fans saying “ Even if we don’t qualify for champions league” he will not be sacked.
Now he’s got us on the worst losing run in decades and there is no end in sight they are now left seeing their prized asset getting devalued the longer this clown is in charge.

Next season will be a writeoff if we stick with this rookie guy. Even getting experienced players wont be enough.

  12. Issue is they already have the excuses pro-loaded for next season since there won’t be a pre-season and a lot of the players will have played many games during the WC. Start of next season will just be a continuation of this season and the same issues.

  13. Saw a stat earlier that said we haven’t scored since March 13th in the league but in the time we’ve had the most shots in the league. Even though we know Liam isn’t good enough it would be nice if our attack actually converted.

The only way out of toxicity I see is winning the FA cup, then he can pivot to some sort of classic Chels winning a trophy in the chaos, and the EL is at least something, but I’d be surprised if we beat Leeds at this point.

Why do people think a preseason is the be all end all of what turns a team around 😂

  16. Stones at 31 plays RCB CL + Prem winner. It’s something to look at, it makes sense.

Tuchel came in and within 4 months won the champs league. Pre season is such a myth if we actually focused on hiring competent managers who have what it takes instead of hiring championship or lower standard yes men then we may actually get somewhere.

If all these young players we’ve bought have all this incredible potential that we’re told about then surely we need a manager who can unlock it instead of all this shite that keeps coming through the door. We do have quality in the squad and it’s being wasted by having Liam in the dugout.

This squad needs competent managers in the dug out and some experienced players in the squad otherwise whatever quality players we do have just go to waste.

I wonder what the briefs will be when we’re fighting to get out of the drop zone next season

  19. CalmAngryDude on

But I thought we hired him to save the season? What is this horseshit none sense now?

We’d be better off with an average premier league manager like Brendan Rodgers. Rosenior might be the worst manager in the entire league.
