The 19-year-old forward came off the bench in the 65th minute to seal all three points for the Suffolk non-league side, who are managed by former Town midfielder Cole Skuse.
Mauge is enjoying his second spell at Ram Meadow, having spent time on loan at Bury last season. He returned to the Blues in February after a stint at Needham Market earlier this campaign.

The versatile attacker has netted four goals in his last four games for Bury, who have one more game left to play. They currently sit 12th in the seventh tier.

His form has been praised by assistant manager Paul Musgrove, who said: “He’s a different player to his last spell. His movement in the box is a lot better and hold up play is really good.
“He’s been a really good addition to us. It’s credit to him and Ipswich.”

Mauge, who signed his first professional deal at Portman Road last summer, has been at Town since the 2020, progressing to the Under-21s side.
He is the son of Ronnie, who was also a footballer in the EFL and won caps for Trinidad and Tobago at senior level.
