The reporting comes from Fabrizio Romano, who revealed on Monday that Schalke have already tabled an opening offer on personal terms while Ajax are weighing up a move of their own. Rice, according to Romano, has not yet agreed a new deal with Rangers and is open to leaving Scotland when his contract expires on 30 June.

He hasn’t shown anything to be included over our current midfielders. All for youth getting promoted but they need to add to the team.
