  1. I’ve heard him say that for the past 3 years now, it’s getting really annoying

  2. so basically saying the players like Cherki and Haaland made the difference over- Havertz, Gyokeres, Martinelli etc

If we play remaining games like we did today, we can do it.

I also have better feeling about our CL chances than week ago

Can’t be true cause I watched Madueke give it away 11 times all outside the box

  5. The difference between having someone like Haaland and someone like Havertz.

I would back Haaland to score every one of Kai’s chances.

They had 40 touches in the box, we had 14.

Getting the ball into the box is the difference.

As a manager, you don’t put a leash on your attack(ers) all season and expect them to be the best in a few minutes. But Havertz should have also converted at least 1 or the 3 chances he got.

Please don’t start with the boxes again ffs, I can’t hear about the boxes anymore just fuck off and hand in your resignation

Everyone out there is your choice Arteta and you had a lot of years and money to spend more wisely

  10. >The reality is in the two boxes today that was the difference.

Bids incoming for Garnacho and Delap

THEN STOP WASTING MONEY ON CHELSEA REJECTS AND BUY A DECENT FORWARD OPTION FOR THE FIRST TIME IN YOUR FUCKING CAREERP

  12. It’s so frustrating that anytime it comes to luck and small margins we end up on the wrong side of it. Like geniunely the game was there for us for the taking if not at least a draw.

I just too upset to think on anything.. Man City will wipe out the goal difference as well in the next match.

  14. Okay but it was Arteta decision to pay premium for Havertz and drop 50 million for Madueke which is more than Cherki costs

Arteta is the master of saying nothing.

I get he isn’t going to come out and blow his top but these quotes and all the crap with the fire, the big screen at the training ground just makes him and everyone involved look like losers.

Says the man who signed Madueke, Havertz, and Gyokeres. This is your attack Mikel. You knew who you were signing.

Fire this fucking clown. Our team clearly doesn’t want any trophies otherwise they would play better. Our team looks so fucking lost

  18. I have a lot of time and respect for Mikel. I think he’s done a great job getting us to this point. But I’m ready to try a different direction. Iraiola is leaving in May. I don’t expect guaranteed results but I’d be willing to take a chance on him.

This Mofo says this and goes and buys Madueke for 52 million, Gyokeres for 65 million..

And lining up a deal for Gordon next season

He can say whatever he wants. They have not performed at the level expected of champions for much of the second half. They had established a lead that allowed them to drop points and still be in control.

They are now no longer in control of their own destiny. They could win out, but if City wins out scoring 2 more goals in the process they will be champions.

  21. RandomRedditor_1916 on

Our attacking play has regressed to the point that set pieces became our main outlet.

That is no longer happening so now what?

  22. And yet, it is entirely his fault. His signings, his team. I’m done. Time for change.
