I thought we were about to witness a golden era of our lifetimes, now its just misery on all fronts

I guess we peaked last season, Don’t see it getting better from here in any front and I’m not usually a negative person

Need another walkout. Much easier to get the word out.
It’ll get much more publicity than the “not a pound in the ground” campaign, although we should keep doing that too.

Keep fighting the good fight. If I want to see the Chicago Bears play, the average ticket is $450. For a playoff game the average ticket price was about $1,000. I wish you all the best and am supporting you from here.

They can’t win this in the end, and the longer this goes on, the more it affects the squad and the football. Do the right thing, FSG.

What do you want to bet the “next steps” don’t include giving up the monopoly on access to tickets?

The biggest point here is how much revenue has grown. They could easily find a small sponsor which would cover the 1m extra tickets would generate. Upping ticket prices for fans should be the absolute last resort.

I don’t see the fans winning this one unless they go nuclear and stop showing up.

“As Liverpool supporters, we demand you continue to spend more on players than any other team in the world but don’t you dare raise ticket prices.” Good luck with that.

If you believe that Liverpool will continue to charge less than Brentford, Everton and Crystal Palace for tickets. Dont know what to tell you

This is why Americans shouldn’t own football clubs.

My favorite thing was the shit about inflation, like the average person going to matches isn’t affected. It’s only them.

See I’d also love to know where the extra ticket money is going. If FSG had come out and said that the raise creates an extra 10-15 jobs at Anfield, or pays for raises for long standing employees of the stadium, I’d be just a bit more understanding of it.
But this just seems completely against what the club should be. And using other clubs increasing prices also doesn’t work, based on this.
