Was fan of him during his united days. But i think he does not suit our system completely. He did a good season for us tbh. But still i dont want him on our team next season even as a backup unless he takes a massive wage cut

  2. I mean he had plenty PLENTY of opportunities to showcase his abilities, and he showed almost nothing, and don’t give me “for 30 mil you don’t find anyone of that value” what value? The team is literally worse when he is on the pitch even as a backup, the Atletico game just showed it. We don’t need him.

  3. Missing all those chances to get a quality finish or cross off in the leg of the Atleti tie killed his chances of staying in my opinion and the second leg just shoveled dirt over his grave. I get that he’s supposed to be a cheap backup, but one of the main reasons he was brought here is to perform serviceably in moments like those.

I think a La Masia winger can provide similar numbers so why should we sign him? We don’t even need to pay super high wages + signing fees for the La Masia winger so that makes more sense

Put all the money into the haaland fund. Sell Olmo and Torres. We can do it

Don’t get him, bring Jan Virgili back and invest the money in a top striker.

Good to see comments accepting the truth and holding him to real standards

Almost 30, on around 14M wages, that player has to offer more. At minimum press like an animal to fit in Flick’s system

  8. Better option imo is to bring back Abde. He will give similar final 3rd output with more defensive contribution.

  9. I really like Rashford and yeah like some people said here, he has missed chances in crucial moments. At the same time I dont think we can get any backup winger for this price, who can score as much as he does. Also he is a real threat on set pieces, both at corners and freekick imo he is our best option. But what I hate about him is his work rate. If his work rate was decent at least for me this would a great backup signing but with him its like we are playing with one man less in terms of pressing. The difference is so much noticeable especially when you compare it to Raphinha. I dont know what other options we have to sign. I heard rumours fews week back about signing Abde or Virgili. What do you guys think about bring either of them back? In terms of scoring I dont think they might not be able to match Rashford but I guess they are cheaper and lower salary options.

I generally think that if there’s any doubts, then that should tell you everything you need to know.

He’s hit his ceiling and it’s not quite good enough. I would rather see the club invest in a younger prospect.

He is ass he can go back to Manchester. He wastef so many opportunities in the first leg and offered absolutely nothing in the second

Rashford has brilliant moments but is inconsistent and his decision making and execution is awful. For a player who is almost 30 that’s inexcusable, especially with the salary he’s on. His work rate is also terrible and he just gives off the vibe that he doesn’t care. Anytime he misses a 1v1 or loses the ball he looks so nonchalant about it.

Even Ferran, for all of his inconsistency, has shown up in big moments more than Rashford. I’d rather we bring back Abde who is at a similar level but a lot cheaper and better work rate.

  13. Please don’t. Get a young, talented left winger. Rashford’s not good enough, doesn’t fit our playstyle, and his wages are ridiculous.

Go for someone like Mika Godts, for example.

if we decided to play a midfielder in his position in an important game, that’s should tell you all you need to know.
