      I do find it interesting how Ornstein brought up Julian Alvarez to Arsenal, without anybody else bringing him up to begin with…..

      I like Gordon, when he is on, he is great—but very inconsistent right? Has lots of injuries and doesn’t play much? I feel like every player we sign will automatically get a 20% increase of injuries

      I rate Gordon. If he was like a Madueke style signing I’ve no issues with that

      Definitely need a forward that can rotate with Havertz / Gyok and replace Jesus with different skill set, so Alvarez is perfect

      Kvara is the dream signing

      We need both Alvarez and Barcola (or similar profiles). We need a big injection of attacking talent for next season.

      I feel like in a right a sensical world we could afford Barcola/Alvarez AND Gordon, because Gordon would be much cheaper than the Barcola/Alvarez, but man the homegrown + Prem tax combine to put Gordon on same cost as the other two. And that is silly to me lol

      As much as I would like to see us sign Alvarez, I’m not sure what the plan would be unless we see a shift in formation/shape.

      Much more keen on Barcola than Gordon but I hope we can do better than both (unlikely)

      Gordon I think would be Madueke level
      Barcola would be on par with Martinelli? Better technique though

      Spend the money – get Alvarez

      What is it with Gordon? He’s like an English version of Martinelli(maybe slightly better) but with the English player premium for price and wages. There must be better options out there.

      Alvarez would be a dream signing, Barcola if he learns to finish will be one of the most dangerous wingers in Europe. Need a big upgrade this summer, our front four is disastrous. Gordon would be a very very expensive mistake imo, definitely not an upgrade on anything we have.

      Gyo won’t cut it here. His technical skills are VERY below Par. It’s not about strength. Julian Alvarez will go a long way in helping us.
