Several ambulances and police vehicles line Norwich Road as a reported medical incident unfolds.
Officers from Suffolk police were called to assist the ambulance service at around 3.15pm.
According to Flight Radar, the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance sent a response helicopter to the area, which landed in the vicinity of Sherrington Road.
The East of England Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
