Always something more important than football, glad itβs stayed that way in the city between the clubs

And that is why Iβll always consider them our annoying little (albeit older) brother and not a mortal enemy.

Hate the team as in I want them to always lose, but you canβt really deny the class of the club itself – theyβre still Scousers! Well done (blueshite π)

They’ll always be the blue shite, but Everton will always be Liverpool’s big brother across the park (big brother on the mersey now obviously). We’re scousers no matter if we’re red or blue, and because of that we’re all family and we will be together during our hardest times.
Thanks big brother x

Some of those who died had family that supported Everton,(Michael kelly(rip)/Steve kelly), is one example. JF97.

Zero surprise at this. Despite our rivalry and some of the bitterness over the years, this is ultimately who Everton are as a club. Brothers and Sisters.
Itβs a close knit city where members of the same families support different clubs. They lost many of their own loved ones too.
