West Ham supporters have been critical of Pablo Felipe and Taty Castellanos since they joined the club in the January transfer window.
The two forwards were signed to provide the goals and assists required to keep the Hammers in the Premier League.
And even though Castellanos scored a brace against Wolves on Friday night, both players have struggled for the most part.
West Ham teammate Mateus Fernandes has now defended Pablo and Castellanos in his latest interview.

Mateus Fernandes cuts Pablo Felipe and Taty Castellanos some slack
Both Pablo and Castellanos have failed to make the immediate impact on the Hammers’ attack that they would have liked to.
While Pablo has yet to score in claret and blue, Castellanos has just five goals in 16 appearances in all competitions.
Fernandes was delighted to see Castellanos score twice against Wolves last weekend, and hopefully Pablo can follow suit.

The Portugal international has insisted it is difficult to move to the Premier League, especially from another country.
He has made an effort to help West Ham’s two new forwards settle into the club and appreciates their hard work for the team.
“I’m very happy for Taty and Dinos [Mavropanos], because they deserve it,” Fernandes told whufc.com after the Wolves game.
“Taty always works very hard for us, he’s important for us, and I think he really deserved to score twice.
“It’s not been easy for him or Pablo, coming to England to play in the Premier League. I felt the same when I first moved, so it’s our job to help make things easy for them.
“I speak Portuguese and Spanish, and the important thing is they are happy, which I think you can see on the pitch.

“The whole team is together, and we will keep fighting to get ready for the next game, which we’re looking forward to now.”
Pablo and Castellanos still have plenty of time to turn their West Ham careers around and develop into top players.
If they help the Hammers to avoid relegation, they will have a great opportunity to prove themselves in the Premier League next season.
