Arteta: “(I feel) fire. I’m on fire. I’m dreaming so much, I’ve done so much to be in this position. Because I know how this club was. I see beauty and opportunity. I want to get it done. Zero fear.”

hes gonna get pelters for this but what do yall want him to say? its over were finished? but honestly words can’t show it over actions- ik we probably lose to city sunday but id rather us go give them a go and lose 4-2 then park the bus and lose 2-0 show us the fire dont just say it

  2. Say all that stuff, then the guys cant beat a press, win 50/50 balls or play with any composure. (3 of the last 4 games)

We need to see it in the players, so far we are not seeing it.

  3. Jesus these comments are depressing. You aren’t even deeping what he is saying. The club was in massive trouble before and he turned it around completely. Dont know how anyone can hate this man

  4. We go again! We are still ahead of City. Let’s support the team and manager till then.

There will be enough time to judge the manager after the title is decided

    Vamos 💪

Let’s secure CL Semi-Finals and we have the two biggest competitions in club football within reach. We just need to find some fight. Believe ’til the very end.

  6. Well make it fucking feel like it. Because looking back at our april games, it looks like we are terrified on the pitch.

God we’re going to play even more like pussies.

Why can’t he just say something else. As useful as Liz Truss’ lettuce.

  8. With all the negativity/ nervousness amongst the fans, it’s almost better that it’s an away game against City.
The Etihad is hardly the loudest, is it.

  9. Big disconnect forming between Arteta and the fan base.

This was never about desire or “wanting it more”…I’ve personally never doubted anyone’s desire. In fact, they probably want to win a bit too much. So much so that it’s paralyzing their ability to take any risk at all.

Something tells me the players are going to double down on caution and conservatism “fighting really hard” to grind out a narrow margin of victory.

    I’m prepared to be disappointed.

Do the players feel that fire ? Do they wanna win something Big for this club , for themselves, for thier fans ?

  11. I want this guy to succeed so bad man. Because if it hits, I think he captures everything we’d want in a manager. Let’s give Sporting all they can handle then roll onto the Eithad. Still believe

Tbf you can’t deny how much he wants this.

Maybe just try an extra forward player tho mate.

  13. Bro says zero fear and then plays the most cowardly football ever witnessed.

    Absolute bullshit.

You have to believe it before you can achieve it! If we have patience with him he’ll break both Wenger’s and Furgason’s records!

I said it a few weeks ago but Arteta needs to walk in there and tell the lads to harden the fuck up and get the job done. We’ve been top of the table since fucking round 7 and we’re undefeated in the Champions League. City MUST beat us to close the gap. It’s in our hands. This time 2 years ago around Easter, we went to the Etihad and we needed to beat them and we drew and lost the title on the final day of the season. This time we’re in their position.

Like yes, they’re really good. Yes they flogged us in the cup. But this Arsenal team has top top players and I expect that they turn up and be fucking counted. If you can’t get even a draw against City, what business do we have thinking we should be champions? And we can talk about tactics and of course Arteta plays into that in setting the team up to succeed, but Rice showed individual brilliance for us to beat Madrid at the Emirates, Saka and Martinelli turned up at the Bernabeu. We flogged Munich earlier in the Champs League, and Atletico.

Let’s get it fucking done boys. You know you’re good enough. Fucking come on.

  17. Then all the best. Win against city and close the lid to this empty bottle which is making noise.
