  1. I think we now what’s gonna be asked, guys please be respectful to Petr, he’s a legend and in no way responsible for the current position of the club.

Petr – do you recognise our club after our shit owners destroyed it in record time?

  3. Petr, which techniques were you using to maintain focus, handle pressure, and communicate this to your defenders?

  4. hello Petr, how did you feel and what was going through your mind after you saved schewinstiger penalty in 2012 ?

Petr – out of all the players you played with, who were you most impressed by? And who was your favorite player to play with?

  6. In terms of the current club situation, what is your perspective as club legend?

What things do you think need to change in order to get back to where we belong, to the top?

    Thanks in advance 🙂

    Hi Petr!

I want to ask about how you went about the mental challenges of being a goalkeeper and staying switched on at all times, especially when you played behind some outstanding defences! Is there anything specific you did or any training to make sure you were always ready when called upon?

  8. Petr, how did you manage to dive the right way for all 6 penalties that night in Munich? I don’t think I’ve ever see anything like that before or since

  9. Hi Petr Čech, huge respect for everything you achieved at Chelsea FC.

When you decided to join Chelsea, what made the club stand out to you compared to some of the more historically established “giant” clubs in world football?

And looking at how Chelsea has grown over the years, do you feel the club is now among those biggest teams globally—or do you think there’s still another level it can reach in terms of stature and legacy?

    1. What did you learn from the goalkeepers who were already at Chelsea when you joined? Carlo etc

  11. Hi Petr, what are your favorite bands and which ones do you like covering the most with the drums?

  12. That’s amazing!

Petr, what was your greatest learning experience when growing up in the academy ranks or even as a professional? Something that made you realise you were absolutely wrong about football

  13. Hi Petr. Firstly you and Lampard are my favourite players and I always buy you back from Arsenal on FIFA.

What are your thoughts on what the modern game demand from goalkeepers compared to when you were between the posts? Namely, for a top team, should the goalkeeper be chosen more on their ability to play from the back or whether the ability to dominate the box and overall shot stopping ability should be more at the forefront?

With your skillset, which team do you think you would fit in best at currently and which team (other than Chelsea) would you have liked to play in?

  14. Hi, how do you think our defence is faring? Is the club considering strengthening our defence?

  15. This is class to be fair.

Looks like people are jumping the gun and posting the questions early though- that post isn’t live until Thursday

Not a question, but I always thought it was cool that your surname was Cech and that you are Czech.

  17. Hi Petr, what for you was the most rewarding part of both your playing career, and your time as an advisor after your retirement.

    Hey Pete,

Did you prefer playing with or without the headgear?

The headgear made it look like you were playing Rugby rather than football. Menacing!

  19. Hey Pete, lets not talk about football for a while.
Which band makes you Drum in the air? Where ever you are.

  20. Hi Petr, just want to start off by saying you’re the reason I became a Chelsea fan and played as a GK since I was 9. I remember watching my first football match and thinking the helmet you wore was cool and became a fan for that reason.

My question, how were you able to go back to being stand out GK after your accident? I’d think a lot of players after having a life changing accident like that might regress but you took it up a level and cemented yourself as one of if not the best GKs in the world.

You’ve been a massive inspiration for me as a footballer and I even wore a scrum cap whenever I played as a goalie for my local team as a child just to be like my favourite keeper.

I was gutted to see you leave in June 2022 so my question is, could you see yourself coming back to Chelsea as a coach or director at all and if so, do you think it is likely?

Also, slightly unrelated to Chelsea I apologise but as an Oxfordshire resident and someone who saw you play for the Oxford city stars, what is your opinion of the Oxford ice rink and the city of Oxford as a whole?

    Thank you very much!!

  22. You are one of the greatest GKs of the modern era.
Which are the best goals scored against you? For instance,

    A) Ronaldinho (Barcelona) – 2005, Champions League
    B) Papiss Cisse (Newcastle) – 2012, Premier League
    C) Eden Hazard (Chelsea) – 2017, Premier League
    D) Or any other

    Hey, Petr!

What was your favourite glove during your playing time? And which cut do you like the most? And why did you switch from Adidas to Puma? Adidas always looked better for you, Imo.

And also. How did you feel after the nasty injury you got vs Reading back in 2006? And what did you do to bounce back from any doubts after the injury?
