These owners have spent money but young players who take 4-5 years, we don’t have time, we HAVE to hold these owners ACCOUNTABLE, the owners are making the decisions, we have to WIN, the fans demand that, we DEMAND that!”

Imma be honest fans wanting to purposely lose to stop arsenal from winning the league has nothing to do with owners no matter what state your club is in wanting to lose games doesn’t make sense and blaming the state of the club for doing it is an excuse and only makes you look like a glory hunter.

He’s right about the second bit tho. Saw some fans wishing we’d lose to City which was a little disappointing. Seems like a fairly new thing too. Never seen such a sentiment expressed by the fan base before no matter how bad the season was going. Then again, this is the closest Arsenal have come to winning the league in over a decade.
Love Mikel but no. It was funny, hell, it’s still funny a day later. And in a sea of misery, I’ll take an afternoon (or 22 years) of making fun of Arsenal, especially at the expense of these incompetent, pretentious fucks (and us too, a little). Come on now.

Next season will be 10 years since our last league, and 6 years since our last major (CL). We’re better than this but it’s plain to see this is all due to the ownership
