  1. I’m not liking this bromance people are having with the mackems for beating Spurs.

I’m not one who really criticises Howe’s in game management all that much but keeping Joelinton on until the 84th minute when he was 1 yellow away from a suspension was insanity. Everyone and their mum could’ve seen it was only a matter of time until he was booked.

Now he’s missing for 2 games.

I know it’s because football has changed and everyone gets PR training but I don’t have the same attachment to Eddie as I do with King Kev or SBR.

It’s like Bruno Vs Tonali. Both are mint but I absolutely love Bruno. If Tonali goes, it’s just Tonali the footballer we lose and not his personality.

  4. Think I finally reached my limit with Howe yesterday.

    * The front three seems to be picked at random, and the double change in the 95th minute was beyond ridiculous (and not the first time he’s made changes when the game was already lost).
    * He built a team of athletes who struggle to complete 10yd passes consistently (and Elanga who struggles to do anything a professional player should be able to)
    * The obsession with defending in a 451 when it hasn’t worked for months, and the vast majority of football is defending in a 442, is annoying.
    * He has properly run out of ideas and somehow doesn’t have any clue what his best team is after 50+ games this season
