  1. Why would he come here ? He knows football so knows that working under these owners and SD is impossible. He isn’t someone unknown he can just wait for a better job. Potter Meresca Rosenior had very little to lose by taking the Chelsea job. Especially Rosenior this is a guy who was sacked by Hull. Our best bet is Lamps being stupid enough to come back. However with no CL we are in big trouble financially so expect to see some big sales replaced with kids from Strasbourg.

Fabregas has so much control over Como, he gets everything he needs.

    Why would he come here?

Maybe there is a future Chelsea manager in him, but we need to stop ruining people’s young careers. Give him another 5-10 years

  4. You think Fabregas is gonna allow absolute bums like Winstanley and Stewart to run around acting like the manager when they can’t even do their primary job

He doesn’t seem like a weak yes man, so they won’t go for him.
And I don’t think he’s an idiot so I don’t see why he would wanna come to Chelsea right now.

Doesn’t change the fact that BlueCo are still shit.

    BLUECO OUT🔵🔵🔵🔵🔵

  7. It’s crystal clear to real quality managers that Chelsea is a club to stay far away from. But If you’re a manager willing to be a chaperon for teenagers then Chelsea is a target.

Wishing him all the best and he has done great so far, but I think it’d be best for him to stay there and get more experience. See how he manages a season with balancing European football and domestic. Even if he ends up being a quality coach, I cannot see him thriving at Chelsea given the current ownership. Any great coach for that matter would struggle dealing with the current people running the club.

  9. And here we go again with another “if we had this manager, we’d win the league!” post. Give it a rest

What dont you people understand. The “head coach” or “manager” is just the person who is at pitch side and attends press conferences. They hold no say in anything. No competent manager would want to come here

  11. Fab isn’t leaving Como if they get CL, he will 100% stay there and use CL money to help for a title push. If he wins everything there then I can see him leaving but he’s going to Barcelona or arsenal before coming here. No serious manager will come here under the chuckle brothers to be told who to play and who to bench, it’s that simple

Hoping we can lure Cesc with a bag and his relationship to the club is truly our last hope

  13. blackstar_redleaf69 on

OP i dont think u have fully grasped what is happening at chelsea. Blueco wouldnt even consider him. Hes not a yes man, cesc has his own ideas and ambitions.

We’ve had 2 managers quit because they couldn’t work with the owners and directors, u honestly think Cesc would be any different?

The problem is so much deeper than the manager that this question is absolutely pointless.

Why would he leave a comfortable job which Hess clearly happy at, to come here to this absolute shit show ?

Let’s not ruin another player/coach career….we are poisonous at this point. Let fab grow on a non toxic club

como play weird system wont work in the pl similar to rosenior at strasb but i dont doubt he could adapt to the pl

  17. Alternative_Carob562 on

He took a team in Serie B 2 years ago to (likely) champions league football, Rosenior won 34% of his games in the Championship…

  18. This is exactly our problem as Chelsea. Why are not looking for an established manager? Are we some Brighton?

  19. Because even if he comes, the philosophy of this idiots will remain the same. I mean how stupid you could be to lose Guehi to city especially for 20£ mil? Why we didn’t try for Donnaruma in the summer? Why do we sign players like Garnacho and Gittens when Semenyo openly said in interviews he is a childhood Chelsea fan? Because clearly our managment are dillusional, big ego, small peepee pieces of ****.
