      Edit:- We don’t play good football anymore and the shit football we play doesn’t even guarantee a win.

      The worst part of this results is the fact that you have to wait 1 week for anything new. One week until our next match and until then complete uncertainty, that’s the worst.

      But damn. I played amateur level footy for decades and any manager I played under would have flayed us alive for fucking around at the back.

      Time wasting by Raya just messes with the rhythm and concentration. Why has this shit of standing on the ball crept into the game.

      And then they start to play when they realize they have 5 minutes left. Play like that from the first whistle.

      Im so physically angry at the performance – its so telling where the problems lie, and yet theres been no attempt to fix it.

      Our backline isnt getting pressed, so we hold the ball as theres no press to break. We then go long but none of our attackers are duel winners (well, Havertz should be). We then lose possession and it goes again.

      We needed Havertz to drop into midfield and take the ball, open up the passes like Ode would. Ebz eventual did this, but then we lost the attackers who would benefit from it.

      So many insanely poor performances of late, but individually theres some players jusy not cut out for it anymore.

      Can’t be bothered anymore. Never ever seen such a spineless performance. I thought the city game was dreadful, that was abysmal.

      Why can’t we play a first time pass when we’re in attacking areas? I saw 1 one-two pass in the game today that created a bit of space. It’s fucking basic football. Jesus Christ.

      What the fuck has happened to our midfield? I absolutely love rice, he will always give 100%. But we can string a fucking pass together. No clue what’s happened to Zubi. As for Havertz.. he’s got no mobility, no creativity, nothing. He should either play up top or not play at all.

      We are going to get absolutely slapped next week and we are going to bottle it again.

      We have a massive mentality problem that persists across seasons, players and managers and I don’t really know where we go from here. Maybe we try replacing Arteta, but I don’t hold out much hope for change given we would shit the bed in the same way with the same or greater frequency under Emery and late era Wenger too.

      Knew it. Every match since January fucking takes a miracle to be rescued.

      The team has become unwatchable. So much invested. Such a good start. Do not bring the ” calm down and support the club” narrative.

      Artetas dumb defensive tactics with no creativity, the lack of quality players in the positions we need them and also our star players not performing all combined with the horrible timing of this season and the way City is slingshoting ahead is such a slap in the face, as supporters we give so much just to get this.. Life supporting this team is way too hard and exhausting.

      Sometimes, it’s these kinds of moments when I realize, supporting a football team, while it is a culture ingrained recently in our society, is really dumb. There is literally no point in having this much emotional tie to it. Oh well.

      Major questions have to be asked about Arteta and whether he’s the right man to take us forward.

      Hearing about contract extensions with him and his team is quite scary – if we fail to win the PL/CL and he continues, we will end up in another late-stage Wenger era

      A gradual decline as our best players opt to leave for trophy-winning teams elsewhere, while the board stay happy with their profits
