      Michael Carrick has found a system that suits the players, instead of finding players to suit the system! Amorim needs to be sacked again then arrested for football terrorism !

      Huge win for United today that’s 3 out of 3 under Carrick now. You can already see the change in belief, structure and fight in the team. He’s come in, calmed things down and got them playing with purpose again.

      I’m an Arsenal fan, so this isn’t bias talking, just giving credit where it’s due. Carrick has impressed massively with how he’s turned things around in such a short space of time. It’s still an uphill battle, but if the club give him time and the right backing, he could be exactly what they’ve been missing.

      The rest of their season just got very interesting

      Casemiro would stay another 12 months if the offer him 200k a week, instead of his 350k rn, he has to be at least offered this deal, he is a major part of this team, and buy Elliot Anderson, that is the way forward.

      Casemiro has been utter garbage and a liability for United for the best part of 3 years now. A couple of good games and suddenly he's been amazing for United.
      This is why I have no time for football and even less time for the low IQ brigade that follow it now. You can have 99 games bad games, if on your 100th you have a decent game all of a sudden it cancels out the previous 99 bad games. Just cringeworthy and pathetic takes.

      Cas works perfectly in this setup. The times we have seen a poor Casemiro as united is when he's being asked to do things that he shouldn't be doing. At real madrid he was younger and more mobile so he could control that whole block infront of the defence but was not asked to bring the ball out and play line breaking passes. Ten Hag had him isolated in there asking him to break the lines and cover loads of ground at his age. Amorim had him doing lots of ground cover and had him in a formation that is only suited to a very specific type of midfielder. Set the team up right to suite his game and he thrives.
