      Mueller dindt make experts and pundits create a new player-role for no reason: The Raumdeuter (roughly translated "the reader of spaces").
      Thing is, in the Bundesliga and the ECL people knew the spaces he liked to drop in and accounted for his tendency to try to "disappear" in certain areas and steal away from his markers – the MSL isn't. For them Mueller is a new phenomenon and they have yet to figure out how to defend him.
      and allthough he doesnt really have the legs anymore, i m sure he will have a blast at the end of his career.

      Thomas Müller is a chill guy but at the same time he is very focused on winning games and making his teammates better. It has allways been this way. Thats why we germans love this man so much.

      There are more people in Germany that don't like Bayern Munich, than being a Bayern fan. But everybody respects Thomas Müller. Thomas is 100% a sportsman, a team player, without any affectations. And he is funny.

      Lets call him an ambassador. 😉

      His biggest asset is that he’s an incredibly humble person.
      I’ll never forget the time when he was the youngest player in history to be awarded the title of top scorer at the 2010 FIFA world championship. When asked to give a speech, he started by explaining that he hadn’t been in contact with his grandmother for the past few weeks, but had heard that she was watching. So he just wanted to let her know that he was doing fine and was looking forward to see her and the family when he returned…👋

      Müller isn't as flashy as some other players and he doesn't put on a show for attention. He looks like an amateur that somehow got on the pitch and everyone was just okay with him staying there. It's his high soccer-iq that brings so much to the team. He knows where the oponents will be, where his teammates will be and where the ball will go and he finds the perfect spot to position himself for the action.

      The middle guy really has no idea about what Müller did in Bayern.
      He always does more than is obviously visible.

      He always creates space, he brings fun and joking while being absolutely serious when it matters.

      German here – Muller is the kind of player which made our team winning the world cup 2014. We had for sure not the best players that time but we had by far the best team. Muller makes any team better with his spirit. He is a great personality.

      He was the best team enabler and player since 15 years.

      At World Cup 2010 Thomas was sitting next to Maradona at the pre-press conference. Maradona complained to sit next to a guy that he didn’t know and had even never heard about. Okay, after next day game, a zero to 4 loss and 2 goals he knew him. 😂 Thomas has NEVER commented that scene. I think he already knew that day they will win … about the rest he doesn’t care. He is really a great guy. Compared to this, see Marco Reus playing for Galaxy since this season. He is faster and has much more technical skills. He is a great individual German player, definitely one of the TOP 3 in LA. But he will never deliver that leverage to his team. Congratulations Whitecaps ! Become champion and show Messi where his limits are ! 😊

      He does effective stuff without flair. He is perfect at the basics in Football and lift up average Players. His winning mentality is awesome and player with his record everybody believes him, when he is saying "we can still win this."
      We FcBayern Fans know how important he was. A Thomas Müller is making a team just better in so many aspects. He is working hard, running back, increase team chemie, gives hope in hopeless situations, motivates, assist, can score, so on and on.

      Here Bayern Fan from germany. Thomas is not a leader, he is a speaker. He is on the field, always giving direction, tips and Support for the Team.
      Beside the field he is a funny guy, always friendly but also always serious about the Club and the game he loves.

      If you remember the times in formula1 racing – Schumacher on Benetton-Ford or Ferrari and Katayama on Tyrrell oe Minardi – Schumacher always top ranked and Katayama often last … i bet if both changed the team/car Katayama would have ranked higher than befor with a better car and Schumacher ranked higher with a weaker car but with his drivin skills – sometimes it depends on the right constellation to bring out the maximum synergy.

      I see Thomas Müller in the role Franz Beckenbauer (another Bayern Munich giant) had: he doesn´t have to be too agressive, just his presence forces the opponent to cover him no matter what. Lacking coverage, let him slip through and you will get punished.

      TEAM is the most important factor in German football. In North America stars are important. German fans know the whole team not just single players. Completely different to NFL, MLB or NHL.

      German here, Thomas Müllers magic is, he’s not the light house player, he’s no Ronaldo, he’s giving all for the team challenging everyone to be the best one can be. You need a happy Müller and the team will have the fun of their live and this brings success. Thomas is a Real Team Player elevating his team players, he’s really not an actor, but more of a director on the field, he’s a very intelligent player who directs a game with his presence, he’s not the best player in the world, but he’s the player, who can make the best of your team.

      Müller is a space finder, he searches for space which in many times opens up space for others when defenders are torn between looking for Müller or closing on others. He is a top quality team player and his enthusiasm is addictive.
