Pass. Rogers is a good player but we’re well stocked with 10s who can play wide. If we want someone for left wing it should be someone who prefers to stay wide.

Arsenal? Already stacked.
Liverpool? Potentially his only option as he’s probably an upgrade on most of their LW/10s.
