Really weird ratings IMO?
I certainly don’t think Rice, for example, was noticeably better than Madueke or Odegaard. The latter of whom was significantly better than Zubimendi.
White got caught out one time in the first 5 minutes then didn’t really do much wrong.

can’t lie watching Havertz pre-goal I was really concerned, his general play seemed really lethargic and that ability to trap long balls and win duels seems way less prolific then what it was.
Goal was cold as ice though, just hope he can find his old form because lord knows we’ll need it for the run in
Side topic but surprised rice second leg performance isnt in the list, his second leg performance was just as good as the first leg
So weird seeing Saliba with a higher rating than Gabriel and Calafiori. I didn’t think he had a better game than these 2
I thought Noni played well. Even being hacked all game, he was causing issues.
No one else was encouraged by White slowly settling into the game after being caught out by the crazy swivel ball?
Also, generally think commentary influences these ratings a bit.
That said, I’d argue that I’m more aligned with these ratings than I was by the journalistic ratings post match! E.g. Martinelli was dynamite when he came on and i thought most of the journalists didn’t account for that in their ratings, but these do.
Trossard was not good. I thought Gyokores was alright
Pretty generous imo. Especially for tross øde and gyok
I thought White really grew into the game. He had a rough first 20 minutes both on the ball and when Sporting went direct but as the game went on he got better and better.
By the end of the game he had the defensive duties locked down and he was finding the half spaces and moving the ball well. I’m optimistic it was a confidence reset for him.
Zubimendi deserved a 3/10
Noni has been an excellent addition to your squad hasn’t he? Especially with Saka injuries and up and down form. I recall when he signed and so much hate for it on this forum, proves you should give a man a chance.

I think Gyokeres should be given a 6. There were plenty of times when we won the ball up in dangerouse areas and didn’t feed Gyokeres. The limited times he recieved the ball he did well with it.
