Leicester City have lost their appeal against their six-point deduction for breaching English Football League financial rules.
The sanction, imposed in February, dropped them into a relegation battle – with a point from safety in the bottom three, with five games to play.
The club says the matter is now closed and that everyone is fully focused on securing survival in the remaining matches.
