      Fuck him. I honestly can’t remember a player less fit to lead a team. Absolutely nothing about him screams captain, and I’ll be glad when he’s gone.

      Missing a 3rd of the season due to injury and the ridiculous cards are not going to change, and he’s only getting older.

      Having him and Vic in leadership positions is absolutely laughable.

      The switch up to what looks like genuine hatred towards him and Micky the last 8 weeks or so is fucking obscene tbh.

      Blaming them, either individually or as a duo, for what has been an almost universally shit season is genuinely insane to me.

      Like genuinely the ONLY positive I can cling to this year is Archie Gray. Beyond that, everyone and everything else has been wank and to single out anyone is hilarious, you can expect better of the captain without lumping all the blame at his feet.

      They can never make me hate you Romero. You’re a wild card and a loose cannon but when you came here you said you wanted to win things. You’ve done that and then extended your contract when I thought you’d be heading out of the door. Are you the ideal captain? Your mental instability suggests otherwise but I don’t doubt that you wear our badge with pride.

      Thankful for Romero but this season wasn’t what I expected from a captain. I don’t understand how we didn’t improve this season with majority of the back line being healthy. Tactics or not it’s unacceptable and we need change. Be it Romero, VDV, Porro,Udogie/Spence and Vic.
