  1. Was it a clear foul? Yes.
Was it inside the penalty box? Yes.
Was the opposing team Real Madrid? Yes.
    3/3 reasons it clearly wasn’t a penalty.

  2. I thought so seeing it live, but on replay I think it was borderline at best and would’ve been a harsh call if Oliver had made it. To me, it was along the lines of what’s called “incidental contact” in American Football Pass Interference calls.

  3. Bayern fan here. It’s 50/50, just like the potential read card for Tah.

I’m glad the ref decided to go laissez-faire on that overall fair match.

if Madrid plays foul you in their penalty box, it is a penalty for madrid, be glad refree didn’t show Olise the red card.

  5. No Penalty this is way to less for a penalty in the 90s and 200s all would laugh on him,
if you give there a penalty you have to give 2-6 everygame .
this is an “i want the penalty there was somewhere a contact , i want it, i fly wanna be Penalty
    Game on no Penalty.
If ths Foul is in Midfield no one would talk about it.

Olise wanted it to badly and poorly.

For a madrid game we can’t complain about this ref we usually get much much worse

It was without question a pen, but because it was against Real it didn’t matter.

  8. Ofc it was.

However I can see why the referee didn’t want to reward Bayern at this point after the possible red for Tah and the critical 2nd penalty situation around Vini.
