What does it even matter. No way he can get the lads up for this game. They don’t care.

last thing we need is to start him back in the likely doomed make or break game for the season.

  3. Slot should try get a performance out of the rest of his squad before worrying about what he can get out of Isak

If he could bag a quick triple hatty to pull it back to a 10-9 defeat then that would be mint.

So Isak, Chiesa and Rio all sub on at 88 minutes when we’re down by 4?

  6. Why the fuck even risk him? Even if he manages to get minutes without re-injuring himself, he
is nowhere near match-fit enough to make a significant impact….

If he’s ready and can play a few mins then that’s good. How long will he be doing rehab? At some point, he will need to start getting minutes.

  8. I read this as:

    Isak on Slot: “He’s finished”

    My subconscious leaking through there

Feels insane to me that we’ve seen him in like just a couple of team training sessions after like 4-5 months off and we’re expecting him to play a part in this

  10. If he’s ready its not a bad game to bring him back in normal you see a player play well on their return adrenaline gets them through and then a drop off until match fitness is back.

Just stop being bluntly honest with everyone!

Sow a little seed in Enrique’s head “he’s been looking fantastic in training, he’s definitely travelling” instead it reads like “yeh he’s on the bench and he’s still a bit cooked”

Knowing how the training sessions are under slothball vs Klopp, he’s not even close to being fully fit

“We think we can get a performance out of him”, I mean, he can’t get a performance out of anyone atm
