I'd love him to get more minutes, seems like a real decent guy who understands the club.
There's more cool photos on his post. Seems to have more intelligence and character than your average sports drone these days.

I do think Moyes is generally a bit more old school, in that if he has Premier League experienced players who’ve been at Everton a while and know their role better in the same position, he takes his damn time to introduce the new guy, even if they were bought with the intention of being starters. I don’t remember where it was said, but the Toffee TV boys have mentioned that Moyes said towards the start of the season that Rohl (and Aznou) were bought for next season, with this season being used to get them settled.

Especially makes sense with Gueye being months off qualifying for a free bus pass but still looking more than good enough for this run in. If Gueye had dropped off as you’d expect a 36 year old whose job is to be the engine to, Rohl would’ve featured more.

Also something I get in my head about is that players who aren’t getting game time must be miserable and want to leave, but I stopped worrying about that when I saw him celebrating our goals so much while warming up. Didn’t look like he was pouting at all.

Can’t wait to see his photos of our European fixtures next season should we qualify – he’s got a great eye for it. Also seems to be filling the Tom Davies down-to-earth hipster hole in the squad!
