The 22 year old came off the bench to score a dramatic quarter-final winner against Arsenal at the weekend, further boosting his growing reputation.
Charles has made 34 appearances this season, scoring four goals, including the historic late winner at Leicester City and in the cup at Liverpool.
The Daily Mail report that Man United and Everton, as well as a whole host of other clubs, are tracking the Northern Ireland ace ahead of the summer.
They say that Everton are actively searching for midfield reinforcements, with Idrissa Gana Gueye now 35 and nearing the end of his contract.
Meanwhile, Man United are exploring options to refresh its midfield, particularly with uncertainty surrounding Casemiro’s long-term future.
They are looking at Sandro Tonali and Elliot Anderson, but are considering cheaper options should they fail to secure a Champions League place.

Two additional Premier League sides, along with a club from Italy and Scottish giants Rangers, are also reported to be keeping tabs on Charles.
The report says Saints value Charles at around £20million, having signed him as a youngster from Manchester City for around £12m in 2023.
Charles is under contract until June 2027, but director Johannes Spors has confirmed that the club retain an option to extend his deal by a year.
He had captained City’s under-21 side and arrived as a highly rated prospect, brought in to replace Romeo Lavia following his move to Chelsea.
After an initial bedding-in period, Charles spent time on loan at Sheffield Wednesday under Danny Rohl, where he impressed significantly.
He was named the club’s player of the year and earned a nomination for the Championship Young Player of the Year award for his performances.
Charles was recently scouted again by several clubs while representing Northern Ireland in their World Cup play-off defeat to Italy in Bergamo.
