1st goal is fully on Cama and then Huijsen a bit, rudiger is alone there to mark two people but Huijsen comes from the other guy (he shouldn’t be jogging there tho but closing it sooner).
Dont know why this Highlight fails to include the 3 big chances mbappe missed or Cama not being able to control the ball properly for a possible goal but do your thing man

Camavinga is a piss poor CM. He cannot play that role with his attention span, positional awareness and laziness. He’s a decent LB tho so i hope we can play him there from now on and develop him. Else, sell him.

I said from the transfer rumors that TAA is a WASTE of time, space and a salary. His game is NOT good enough to put up with his schoolboy defending, * at best*. Trent has ALWAYS been a defensive liability, same reason Xabi didn’t play him even when he was fit, he struggles to do the basics.
Marcelo at least was GODLIKE going forward, so every fan accepted his shortcomings at the back but if we’re being honest, it’s not that Marcelo got COOKED every single defensive engagement, it’s that we WAS NEVER THERE…lol, he was miles up front but Trent looks like he has lead in his boots, he can’t even RUN. Fede is a better RB than he is & imo he will keep back the academy players that can actually grow and play that role, heck that Jimenez kid looked better whenever he got the chance at RB.
Miss me with all this on the ball & passing ability that Trent has, we have players already in the squad that do that job & better, i.e Arda Guler. I simply do NOT see ANY upside to having TAA in this team. IMO this was a horrible investment.
This isn’t doo and gloom reaction but simple observation of Trent’s track record. Even when he’s been decent for us, the defending has consistently been woeful, having to be bailed out by his teammates. He is a defensive burden on the entire unit & ALL of the opposition knows this.
