I fully believe if Estevao played the majority of games we would have been at least 3rd in the league. He is everything what we are calling out for, a winger that never goes back always positive either beats a man or cuts in and shoots. A positive winger is all I want and he is that! I hope now he plays every game and stays injury free because wow what a talent we have, also every corner I have seen of his has been excellent he should always take them when on the pitch.

He’s our best winger but also 18 and needs to adjust to the physicality of this league. Especially with regards to defending. He should reach Vini levels in the right environment
You are wrong. If Estevao had played a majority of our games, he would have been injured due to overuse.

I don’t, there’s a lot of things you can slate the club for this season but I think most of the time his minutes were managed correctly. There are so many factors other than his obvious talent which meant he couldn’t play as much as we wanted to see.
I wasn’t expecting a 18 year old prodigy to start majority of games in this season. He will learn more about nuances of playing professional football at Chelsea/ gain some muscles, but the talent is there.

The reason he was so good this season, is BECAUSE he is so incredibly talented. But if we are to seize the opportunity and build a first Chelsea ballon d”or winner, he has to take it slowly to build confidence, physicality and mentality. He needs to win games and perform. He needs to see how strong and fast premier league is. He needs to learn that he is not N1, he needs to learn to fight for his place every single day, even if his teammate is inferior. To Be strong and experienced in every department of his game.

Not really. I actually don’t want to see Estevao get burnt out like Saka from overplaying. It’s the EPL and he needs to grow naturally in the league without overplaying him.
