      Yes am sure coach who spend 200mil for players in two years could buy italian players cause they are too expensive.

      That’s another issue. Low level team wants absurd money for italian players.

      Basically they keep a lot of potential away from playing in champions league and at high level and develop.

      We need a change on that. If a player is called for the national team and after 2 years has not played in the champions league , his current team loses 20 percent of tv money
