Russell was banned from driving for 44 months, fined £40 and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85.
WARREN HASKAYNE, 36, and of Winnards Close in West Parley, admitted to driving motor vehicle with a proportion of a specified controlled drug above the specified limit, namely Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC), namely 6.5ug/l, in Ringwood Road in Poole on December 3. Haskayne was banned from driving for 14 months, fined £500 and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.
NICHOLAS MASSON, 32, and of no fixed abode, admitted to three count of criminal damage to property of value under £5,000, namely causing damage to the total value of £598, in Sopwith Cresent in Poole on October 16. Masson was handed a restraining order prohibiting him from contact a victim directly or indirectly for two years, a two-year conditional discharge and ordered to pay £598 in compensation.
STEPHANIE LODGE, 39, and of Hawkins Road in Poole, admitted to speeding, exceed 30mph on restricted road in Wellington Road in Bournemouth on November 18. Lodge was handed three penalty points, fined £40 and ordered to pay costs to the Crown Prosecution Service of £85 and victim surcharge of £16.
SHAUN HOARE, 41, and of Ashley Road in Poole, admitted to assault by beating a woman in Poole on March 13. Hoare admitted to harassment by breach of a restraining order on conviction in Poole on December 31. Hoare further admitted to two counts of theft from a shop, namely stealing goods to the value of £76.43 from Tesco Express in Bournemouth on January 17, and stealing chocolate to the value of £103.20 from Co-op in Dorset on January 19. Hoare was jailed for 18 weeks and ordered to pay £179.63 in compensation.
LEON LOMAX, 40, and of Maxwell Road in Bournemouth, admitted to two counts of theft from a shop, namely stealing confectionary to the value of £99.40 from Tesco in Ringwood Road in Poole on August 27 and stealing chocolate to the value of £47.20 from Tesco in Dorset on November 26. Lomax was ordered to pay £146.60 in compensation.
