I keep wondering if he’s seamlessly switching between Italian, French, and English with certain players one-on-one to get his point across. He can speak Italian with the likes of Romero, Dragusin, Vic, and probably Danso. He can also use French with Danso, not to mention Tel, Kolo Muani, and Odobert when he’s back.

I know it’s only a little thing but the “again, again” is drilling them until it just becomes natural to them to play the ball and not even second guess themselves.
