Pep Guardiola on Mo Salah:

"One of the greatest; the numbers, the consistency – what a player! An incredible human being, goals and assists, absolutely a legend for Liverpool Football Club, but for the Premier League for all he has done.

"It's a good moment to say goodbye to him in this country tomorrow. He deserves an incredible recognition for what he has given to world football, especially in this country…"

The most feared of adversaries but also the most mutual respectful of adversaries, as it should be. Chivalry is still alive 🫶🏽

On one hand I truly can’t stand Pep. But on the other, I have a lot of respect for him. He pushed Klopp, Klopp pushed Pep. They made each other the best versions of themselves.

For all the shit I’ve talked about Pep over the years, I can say with certainty that he’s always been extremely respectful to our club. That’s admirable. And I truly believe part of the fire in his heart left with Klopps announcement that he was hanging it up.

Salah’s numbers would nearly be doubled if he played in La Liga or Bundesliga.

  5. If Pep ever wanted to or ended up coaching Liverpool, I would be ok with that. Just me. I like the guy. He probably will not as he has enough loyalty to MC.
