What heartbreaking are you talking about.

Italy is dead and buried now. It is nothing bigger than Romania or Bulgaria in the world football today and there is no coming back from this.

  2. This is a disgrace, why are they letting Esposito take the pen first? And we genuinely have to stop putting all these expectations and pressures on him, we sound like Arsenal fans with a 24 year old Saka “star boy”

3 world cups missed and yet those in charge will tell you that there is nothing wrong with Italian football and there is no reason to fix it.

The media will blame everyone else but their own self created narrative which is also just as damaging to Serie A football.

And the fans who believe a 24 year old is still young in football terms.

As soon as I saw Pio step up to take the first penalty, I immediately knew that was a bad idea.

Why do managers always do this? It never works out.

Letting a 20 year old take the first penalty in such high stakes? Tonali should’ve had the first one

  5. A me farebbe anche piacere se per una volta ne pagassero le conseguenze i veri responsabili.

Invece sappiamo benissimo che sarà un processo mediatico (ennesimo) ai giocatori dell’Inter…

  6. can we blame it on materazzi? i feel like what he did in 2006 conjured a curse for italy

  7. I’m going to disable the words “Italy” and “Inter” from my X, because the shit show is going to be incrediblyl after this elimination.

  8. Seeing other Italian fans celebrate Pio missing the pen … It’s not getting easier with such s*** fans behind you

Also you could always try getting your own players into the national Team shit heads

  9. Barella was having his best game this season and dumb Gattuso sub him out for Frattesi, who played for 35min and completed 3 passes 😂

  10. What a disgrace from the management to be honest. Not doing anything tactically the whole match, subbing in Frattesi, making Pio take the first pen.

And even if we qualified, I can assure you we would’ve been eliminated in the group stage.

The talent honestly IS there, it is in the hands of an utter incompetent management.

It is more embarassing the fact that they appointed Gattuso to lead the national team, who is a shitty manager and couldn’t even manage Piacenza if he was offered the job.

Again always Inter Milan. If only you didn’t hate campaign against Bastoni he would play differently. He should find a fresh place, ciudad de Barcelona. Can’t blame him much

  13. The Inter trio stinks.

A bunch of losers and it’s time to make a change at Inter too.

Dimarco and Bastoni were piss poor. Dima has been on his ass since the Derby, Bastoni plays with his tounge out after 20mins, Barella has been on life support for 2 years (actually good tonight though).

What they have in common is shitting themselves at every big moment.

I feel sorry for Pio, he’s an average player heralded as a saviour and then sent to take the first penalty, woeful decision by Gattuso and his team. He has to go too.

Can someone explain to me why this coaching staff kept putting Calafiori as the LCB and not Bastoni? A Dimarco/Bastoni combination has won trophies and had success for years and they put Basto centrally instead, even though his heatmap shows he is exclusively a left-sided player. Then he mistimes a tackle covering a position he hasn’t played for years now.
