Neymar has more league titles, a treble that Rooney has never won, simply more titles than him. He has been significantly better than Rooney in terms of national team performance. Rooney has only been in the top 5 for Ballon d'Or once, and Neymar has been nominated 5 times, with two of those being top 3, and would have won the Ballon d'Or if Messi and Ronaldo weren't around. He also has more goals and assists and is better in the eye test, this isn't even a discussion, what are guys talking about?
