The building had a freehold guide price of between £175,000 and £185,000 and comes with vacant possession.

A former community facility, previously called Moose Hall, at Jolliffe Road, Poole, is re-available. Described as having “development potential,” its freehold is available for £225,000.

Meanwhile, a three-storey mixed commercial and residential building at 104 High Street, Poole, freehold and with vacant possession, is available at £240,000.

A three-bedroom flat at 1060 Wimborne Road, Moordown, Bournemouth, is available for £141,000.
