Noni Madueke is at the very top of Arsenal’s medical staff’s thinking right now and club insiders are already assessing when he will actually play again.
Madueke was taken off injured as England drew with Uruguay and along with Piero Hincapie, he looks like being one of the biggest worries for Arsenal.
Madueke will definitely miss England v Japan tomorrow but with Arsenal playing Southampton this weekend and in European action next Tuesday, Arsenal insiders feel they’ve got plenty of work to do.
Who is replacing Noni Madueke at Arsenal if he’s missing for the next few games?

Madueke was clearly in some discomfort and leaving the game in a protective leg brace is never a good sign either.
Indeed, The Athletic is now reporting that Madueke could well miss a few games for the Gunners, including the upcoming Champions League clash with Lisbon.
That also puts Madueke out of the FA Cup clash with Southampton, while there’ll then be doubts over his fitness when it comes to Bournemouth.

Madueke’s loss to the Arsenal squad will be a big blow for Mikel Arteta as he looks to get the Gunners over the line in the title race.
With 11 players injured or returning from international duty, the Arsenal boss faces a race against time to make sure his entire squad is fit and ready.
Max Dowman might get his chance to sign in Noni Madueke’s absence
The injury to Madueke is a blow but when one door closes, another opens for someone else and this is the case with Max Dowman.
The Arsenal teenager might just get his chance to be the man to step in for Madueke and make his mark yet again in this title push.
Dowman has only played under an hour of Premier League football but he has already shown in that time he has enough to make an impact.
With Madueke likely to miss a few games, this is Dowman’s chance to put his hand up and show Mikel Arteta he can be counted on to help.
If not, then the reliance will be on Bukayo Saka to find his best form and play more minutes.
