I dont get why suddenly a big amount of fans thinks he needs to have his debut? Why should he? Why should it be just gifted to him when others are in front of him? Thats not how professional football works! Hell have his debut when the trainer decides that he deserves it, as simple as that. Hes 16, just give him some time.
