Codie, aged 21, from Weymouth, was reported missing having last been seen in Bournemouth town centre on the afternoon of Thursday, March 19, 2026.
Police said it was believed she was intending to travel by train to Weymouth.
A further potential sighting of Codie was reported in Bridport on the evening of Thursday March 19, 2026.
Codie is described as five feet eight inches tall with dyed shoulder-length blonde hair and a nose piercing.
Chief inspector Ashley Smith, of Dorset Police, said: “Codie has not been seen for several days now and we are carrying out detailed enquiries to try and locate her and ensure she is all right.
“I would urge anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to please contact us.
“I would also like to make a direct plea to Codie to please get in touch with us or your loved ones and let us know where you are so we can check that you are OK.”
