The Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa, an 83 en-suite bedroom property located in Durley Chine road, has been acquired by Dedigama Properties.
The sale followed an open market process managed by specialist business property advisers Christie & Co and was sold for an undisclosed sum.

Situated a short distance from the beach and within easy reach of Bournemouth University and the airport, the hotel is well positioned for both leisure and business travellers.
As it stands, the hotel features a restaurant, lounge bar, leisure centre and conference facilities.
